Senior Warehouse Assistant with Forklift Driving Skills

About the role

Pickles Auctions is seeking a dedicated Senior Warehouse Assistant with proven forklift driving experience to join our Kuching yard. This full‑time, on‑site position plays a critical part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring timely handling of auction items.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and relocate goods within the warehouse.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, verifying quantities and condition of items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
• Ensure the warehouse area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support junior staff by providing guidance on equipment use and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Valid forklift operator certification and a strong safety record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting.
• Good physical stamina for handling manual tasks.
