Regional Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

Ready to make a measurable impact across a complex regional supply chain network? As a Regional Supply Chain Coordinator you will support efficient and effective supply chain operations across the APMA region, working closely with country teams and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of regional supply chain KPIs such as Customer Service Level, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, Write‑Offs, PCE and FTE targets.
• Prepare, refresh and generate monthly regional KPI dashboard reports, including performance analysis and follow‑up actions with APMA country organizations.
• Track monthly PCE and FTE actuals versus targets, support budget reviews and validate regional cost‑center spending.
• Consolidate results to report Customer Service Level performance, project supply risks and prepare materials for global review meetings.
• Govern backorder lists, drive bottleneck discussions and mitigate supply risks.
• Collaborate with country supply chain teams, manufacturing sites, external suppliers and planning teams to address supply concerns.
• Support lifecycle management activities such as launches, site transfers and pruning.
• Coordinate planning parameter reviews (MOQ, lead time, safety stock, shelf‑life) with country teams.
• Onboard new hires to applications, reporting processes and standard ways of working.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen processes and reporting quality.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• 6–10 years of supply chain experience, especially in demand and supply planning.
• Proven ability to collaborate with regional stakeholders and drive gap‑closure actions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain performance metrics and S&OP processes.
• High level of accuracy, ownership and attention to detail.
