Shipping Coordinator / Logistics Officer

About the role

The Shipping Coordinator / Logistics Officer will support warehouse operations at Arrow Electronics in Gelang Patah, ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing cargoes. The role works Monday to Saturday with a 5.5‑day week schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse tasks such as receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, labeling, sorting, loading and unloading cargoes.
• Manage labor distribution and workflow to meet quality and production targets.
• Support specific warehouse functions like shipping and receiving, and stage products for transport.
• Maintain organized storage areas and handle email correspondence with internal and external customers.
• Prepare reports for supervisors and conduct process and transaction audits.

Required profile

• SPM, Certificate or Diploma graduate.
• 2‑5 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Document Management Systems (DMS) preferred.
