Partner Key Account Manager (Thailand)

About the role

Axi, a global broker of margin and deliverable foreign exchange, CFDs and financial spread betting, is recruiting a Partner Key Account Manager for its priority growth market, Thailand. The role owns a live book of active Thai clients and turns consistent engagement into revenue through deeper product use, lower churn and a compounding portfolio. Only candidates with the right rights and documentation to work in Malaysia will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of active Thai clients, driving trading volume, net deposits and lifetime value.
• Lead the post-acquisition relationship cycle, from onboarding to retention, reducing churn.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on each client's trading behaviour, risk profile and product usage.
• Run data-informed outreach to convert passive accounts into revenue-generating relationships.
• Resolve escalated client issues end-to-end and report pipeline and portfolio data to senior leadership.
• Advise clients on Axi's products, including leverage trading, copy trading and commodity and equity instruments.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience managing client relationships in a CFD, FX or US equity brokerage, with a track record of growing and retaining a live trading portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to hit quantitative targets, ideally net deposit or revenue metrics.
• An existing book of IB or HNW clients in Thailand is a significant advantage.
• Thai language fluency expected; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with MT4 and MT5.
• Working knowledge of leverage trading, copy trading and commodity and stock products.
• CRM data to segment clients and report pipeline health.
• Familiarity with UK or Australian retail trading regulations is a strong plus.
