Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract Role)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition approval to candidate offer acceptance, for assigned functions in Kuala Lumpur. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and senior leaders to deliver high‑quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection and offer management.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across assigned functions.
• Provide market insights, talent trends and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Country Heads and functional leaders.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, networks, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Promote the employer brand through consistent candidate communication.
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops and offer negotiations.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and governance standards, maintaining accurate data in systems such as SuccessFactors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, analytics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in a corporate environment.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors (or similar applicant tracking system).
• HRIS platforms.
