About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition approval to candidate offer acceptance, for assigned functions in Kuala Lumpur. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and senior leaders to deliver high‑quality talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection and offer management.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across assigned functions.
- Provide market insights, talent trends and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Country Heads and functional leaders.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, networks, referrals and targeted outreach.
- Promote the employer brand through consistent candidate communication.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops and offer negotiations.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and governance standards, maintaining accurate data in systems such as SuccessFactors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, analytics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in a corporate environment.
Required skills
- SuccessFactors (or similar applicant tracking system).
- HRIS platforms.
