HR Specialist – Project Management (6‑month contract)

About the role

The HR Specialist, Projects will lead and support special HR projects for a six‑month period. You will work closely with project owners, HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence colleagues to ensure project deliverables are met and communicated effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain working relationships with project owners and relevant departments to adopt, implement and sustain project solutions.
• Provide HR support for project deliverables, identify challenges and collaborate on resolutions.
• Monitor impact of implemented solutions and document learnings.
• Assist in systematic review, retrieval, evaluation and secure destruction of HR records in line with policies and compliance.
• Review and benchmark existing HR policies against best practices and local labour laws, then rewrite and consolidate policy handbooks.
• Recommend and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance HR excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Perform ad‑hoc operational or strategic duties as assigned by the Senior HR Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Specialist or in HR project management.
• Exposure to project and change‑management initiatives.
• Proven track record of driving people‑related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, practices and current trends.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
