Talent Acquisition Partner – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned functions in Kuala Lumpur. Working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, you will design sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring process from job requisition approval to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, networks, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and provide market insights to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate assessments and feedback loops across stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, country heads and functional leaders, aligning on hiring needs and timelines.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and maintain accurate data in SuccessFactors and other HR systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SuccessFactors or similar applicant tracking systems.
