Senior Officer, Order to Cash (Thai Speaker)

About the role

The Senior Officer, Order to Cash will ensure smooth end‑to‑end order processing, act as the main interface with customers, and support continuous improvement of the supply chain. The role requires strong Thai and English communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master data and oversee the full order‑to‑cash cycle, coordinating with sales, logistics and finance.
• Capture and share market intelligence on supply‑chain topics gathered from daily customer interactions.
• Communicate order status, product availability and delivery tracking to customers, supporting sales teams as needed.
• Support credit management, billing, accounts‑receivable follow‑up and issue month‑end tax invoices.
• Handle customer complaints in the company’s Non‑Conformance Management system, providing timely updates and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulations and report any concerns to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Generate order status reports and monitor order placement against sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience in an international environment, preferably within the chemical industry.
• Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of SAP (ERP system).
• Familiarity with data‑analytics or reporting tools such as Power BI (plus).
