Logistics & Operations Intern

About the role

We're looking for a highly motivated Logistics & Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of logistics, contribute to daily operations, and support key projects that impact our efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Inbound Data Management – accurately key inbound shipping data into the Inbound Tracking System.
• Sample Collection Coordination – issue Collection Advice for sample items from SIRIM.
• Customs Documentation – assist in filing Customs CS documents.
• Global Business Support – provide Customs CS and invoice copies to the Global Business team upon request.
• Tariff Code Update Project – update HS codes of new SKUs into the tariff code file.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn operational processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data tracking).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude.
