Sales Operations Support

About the role

EPOS, a Point-of-Sale digital solutions provider backed by Ant International, is hiring a Sales Operations Support officer in Kuala Lumpur. The role provides day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Sales function, coordinating sales activities, merchant onboarding, data, systems and processes. It works closely with the Sales team, Sales Managers, Merchant Operations, Finance, Product and other teams, and acts as a key link between Sales and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales team, coordinating sales requests, follow-ups and administrative needs
• Maintain the sales pipeline, merchant records, sales tracking files and operational data
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards and performance tracking for management
• Coordinate the sales-to-merchant onboarding process, including documentation, application, activation and follow-up of pending cases
• Monitor sales and merchant workflows, spot operational gaps or delays and coordinate their resolution
• Keep sales and merchant information accurate in CRM and internal systems, and support system updates, data maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Work with Sales, Merchant Operations, Finance and Product teams, and assist the Head of Operations with process improvement, SOP implementation and operational projects

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, Sales or a related field
• 4 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, sales administration or a similar role
• Experience in a POS, SaaS, fintech, payment or technology company is an advantage
• Basic understanding of POS systems, merchant operations and sales-to-onboarding processes
• Strong attention to detail, good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks, follow up independently and work with different stakeholders

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and data reporting
• Experience using CRM or sales management systems
