Sales Development Representative

About the role

EPOS, a provider of Point-of-Sale (POS) digital solutions backed by Ant International, is looking for a Sales Development Representative in Kuala Lumpur. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through initial inquiries, keeping accurate records and coordinating appointments so that the sales team can focus on closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments between potential clients and the sales team.
• Identify potential leads and support overall sales development efforts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a customer-centric approach.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and smooth operational support at all times.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, merchant support, telemarketing or account management.
• Experience acting as the first point of contact for clients, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident engaging clients by phone, messaging platforms and email.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English; eligibility to work in Malaysia.
• POS solutions, merchant services, payments or SME experience is an added advantage; Mandarin is also an added advantage.
