Business Development Executive

About the role

EPOS, a Point-of-Sale digital solutions provider backed by Ant International, is looking for a results-oriented sales professional to join its team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on driving new business growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients, promoting EPOS solutions such as POS systems and rewards programs, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients to drive business growth
• Promote and expand EPOS solutions, including POS systems, rewards programs and other business solutions
• Run calls, product demos, events and outreach with key decision-makers
• Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience

Required profile

• Previous sales experience pitching products, solutions or services, ideally 2+ years
• Experience selling POS solutions and using POS software
• Experience or connections in the F&B and/or SME sectors, including engaging restaurant owners and SME owners
• Eligible to work in Malaysia
