About the role

The role involves leading research and development activities for new motorcycle models, overseeing homologation and certification, and ensuring regulatory compliance for successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

Lead motorcycle R&D projects from concept through prototype development.
Coordinate homologation testing and certification with relevant authorities.
Manage testing procedures, collect performance data, and validate results.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations throughout the development cycle.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to align product specifications.

Required profile

Proven experience in motorcycle R&D, homologation, testing and regulatory compliance.
