Product Safety Manager – Project Management (APAC)

About the role

The Product Safety Manager (Project Management) will act as the Regional PMO Lead for APAC, partnering with the Head of Product Safety to drive disciplined execution of strategic priorities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple strategic programmes across APAC, establishing PMO governance, reporting cadence and decision gates.
• Consolidate portfolio views, track milestones, dependencies, risks and resources to ensure on‑time, on‑scope delivery.
• Act as execution partner to the Head of Product Safety APAC, translating strategic priorities into road‑maps, preparing executive updates and driving decision‑making.
• Facilitate stakeholder accountability, resolve cross‑project issues and escalations.
• Develop standardised dashboards, lead programme reviews and provide data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Drive change management, communication, training and adoption for APAC initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in programme management or PMO roles within a corporate setting.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross‑functional or global programmes and supporting senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of chemical regulations and product stewardship.
