Order Management Officer (Mandarin Speaker) – 1 Year Leasing

About the role

This temporary position in Petaling Jaya focuses on end‑to‑end order management for a one‑year leasing operation. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order processing, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction, especially for Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and related transactions in SAP.
• Follow up on payments, release orders, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Generate delivery orders, shipment documents, and arrange transportation.
• Handle billing, invoice management, and month‑end reconciliation.
• Coordinate import/export activities and monitor shipping status for overseas supplies.
• Escalate issues to ensure on‑time fulfillment and maintain service levels.
• Collect market intelligence on supply‑chain topics and share insights with the business.
• Manage customer complaints, NCM operations, and ensure compliance with internal standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in order‑to‑cash processes; chemical‑industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
• Ability to work flexibly according to China holiday schedules.

Required skills

• Strong competency in SAP.
