IT Project Lead – Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and structured IT Project Lead to join Bosch's logistics team at the new PgP5 plant in Batu Kawan. You will be responsible for owning critical logistics IT systems and driving digitalisation initiatives that support seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Key User/System Owner for SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, WM/EWM) and Warehouse Management Systems (EWM).
• Maintain system availability, stability and performance for logistics processes.
• Manage master data governance for material, vendor, storage location and batch information.
• Lead first‑ and second‑level incident and problem management, coordinating with Central IT and external vendors.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues to avoid production disruptions.
• Drive process digitalisation, create paper‑less workflows and integrate automation technologies.
• Analyse system usage and implement best‑practice, standardised solutions.

Required profile

• Experience with logistics‑focused IT systems, especially SAP S/4HANA logistics modules.
• Proven ability to manage incident and problem resolution in a complex environment.
• Strong coordination skills with global IT teams and external suppliers.
• Orientation towards continuous improvement and digital transformation.
