About the role
Digital Hub Kuala Lumpur is looking for a motivated intern to support the IT Infrastructure Services team. You will help deliver datacenter and cloud request management activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a global, multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the end‑to‑end delivery of IT infrastructure projects and change requests.
- Engage, enable and collaborate with internal customers and technical teams.
- Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required profile
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Available for a full‑time internship of 5‑6 months.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural global team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of databases.
- Familiarity with XML, HTML or JavaScript.
