Dispatching/Full Automation Solution Developer

About the role

The Dispatching/Full Automation Solution Developer will design, develop, and support automation solutions for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Working closely with customers and internal teams, the role ensures high‑value software is delivered, deployed, and maintained in global factories.

Key responsibilities

• Creates, plans, and performs solution analysis, design, development, code review, technical documentation, integration, testing and product assurance tasks.
• Provides 2nd line support on automation solutions within the Automation Product Group.
• Collaborates with the Solution Manager to translate customers’ factory challenges into effective solutions.
• Supports product and application roll‑out for onsite customer activities worldwide.
• Assists deployment teams in deploying solutions at customer factories.
• Understands complex factory systems and human interactions to ensure seamless integration.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities, detail‑oriented and exercising mature judgement.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with databases and SQL for data collection and manipulation.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages and software engineering concepts.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
