IT Solution Developer Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s newest semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan, Penang, as an IT Solution Developer Intern. You will work on web applications, data visualisation, and data integration projects that support the plant’s testing and R&D activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Oracle APEX.
• Design interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Write, test, and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Support ETL processes, data integration, and workflow automation.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform application testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process manuals.
• Collaborate with business users and team members on solution development projects.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of programming or web‑development concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and logical thinking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
• Available for a 6‑month internship starting November 2026.
