IT Business Partner – Global IT Cost & Portfolio Management

About the role

The IT Business Partner will lead Bosch's global IT cost strategy, ensuring financial transparency and driving cost‑reduction initiatives across the organization. You will act as the primary liaison for software licensing, accounting, and vendor billing processes while mapping the worldwide IT application landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the global IT cost transparency and reduction program.
• Manage licensing, accounting, and cost allocation for the entire IT portfolio.
• Coordinate external billing processes and negotiate new contracts with vendors and the purchasing department.
• Strategically map and maintain the global IT application landscape.
• Present IT cost and application insights to senior executives and internal partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT financial management, cost accounting, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of software licensing and vendor management.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and present complex data to executives.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
