About the role

Oliver Wyman’s Data & Analytics (DNA) team is seeking a Data Analyst to collaborate with colleagues and clients on a variety of analytical projects across industries such as financial services, climate & sustainability, energy, retail and transportation.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and prototype analytical solutions, including NLP‑based toolkits and predictive models, for client challenges.
  • Develop and validate models such as probability of default, loss models, and next‑best‑action recommendations.
  • Analyze data from diverse sources to identify risks, optimize promotional programs, and support decarbonisation strategies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
  • Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in English.
  • Interest in financial services and risk management is a plus.

Required skills

  • Programming proficiency in Python or R.
  • Experience with machine learning, NLP and advanced analytics techniques.
