HR Talent Development Intern

About the role

The Talent Development intern supports the day-to-day work of the Talent Development (Training) and Employee Engagement functions. The internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, event organisation, employee surveys and program execution, and contributes to projects that shape the company's learning and engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Help design and develop training materials such as slides, quizzes and Canva posters
• Support the organisation of internal events like training sessions, workshops and engagement activities
• Help create and distribute employee engagement surveys and feedback forms
• Monitor and support employee participation in Talent Development and engagement programs
• Assist in running training sessions, webinars and workshops
• Support collecting and analysing participant feedback and help with post-event evaluations and engagement reports
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and Talent Development initiatives
• Shadow other HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations

Required profile

• Diploma in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field
• Strong interest in learning and development, employee engagement and HR functions
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn
• Organised, resourceful, proactive, able to multitask, with a positive attitude in a collaborative environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), especially Excel
• Familiarity with digital tools such as MS Forms and Canva
