About the role

Lead the design, governance and execution of Zurich's agency learning and development strategy, building a high‑performing, future‑ready agency force across Life Insurance and Family Takaful channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the agency learning strategy, annual plans, budgets and success metrics aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Design structured learning pathways for new and experienced agents, agency leaders and emerging talent, covering sales effectiveness, financial needs analysis, protection solutions and takaful propositions.
• Lead leadership development programmes for agency leaders, create succession pipelines and strengthen talent retention.
• Partner with distribution and agency leadership to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted learning interventions that improve recruitment, activation, productivity and persistency.
• Ensure compliance with BNM, MTA, LIAM and internal regulations, overseeing licensing, certification and CPD programmes.
• Drive adoption of LMS, digital learning platforms and analytics to enhance learner experience, operational efficiency and data‑driven improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, product, marketing, compliance and external training institutions to foster a high‑performance learning culture.
