HR Business Partner & People Operations – APAC

About the role

Delta Capita is seeking an experienced, proactive HR Business Partner and People Operations professional to support its growing Asia‑Pacific business. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be the primary People contact for employees and managers across Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and other APAC locations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main HR contact for managers and employees, providing advice on policies, employment matters and local best practice.
• Support the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, performance management, promotions, transfers and off‑boarding.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate payroll updates, benefits administration, statutory compliance and visa processes.
• Develop and deliver employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives across the region.
• Oversee day‑to‑day office operations in APAC, including facilities, IT, procurement and health‑and‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least five years of HR Generalist, Business Partner or People Operations experience.
• Strong hands‑on HR operational experience, including onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits and employee relations.
• Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple APAC countries and knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent written and spoken English and right to work in Malaysia.
