Talent Acquisition Ops Analyst – Contract

About the role

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Ops Analyst will support high‑quality reporting, data insights and system analytics for the TA function across APAC. The role contributes to strategic initiatives such as DASH, workforce planning and predictive cost reporting, ensuring decisions are data‑backed and audit‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and validate recruitment data from SAP, SuccessFactors and HR4U, and maintain standard reports including dashboards, SLA tracking and funnel metrics.
• Consolidate data for predictive cost reporting, workforce planning and support strategic projects like DASH and hiring dashboards.
• Identify data discrepancies, liaise with TA Ops and HRIS teams for corrections, and ensure audit‑compliant documentation.
• Provide reporting support for audits, prepare leadership presentation decks and collaborate with TA partners, finance, C&B and external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or reporting.
• Detail‑oriented with confidence handling large datasets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI (preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors (SFSF) and HR4U systems.
• Competence with Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
