HR Executive – Hybrid Role in Kuala Lumpur

About the role

We are seeking an HR Executive to join our HR Business Partner (HRBP) team in Kuala Lumpur. This full‑time, hybrid position allows you to work both from our Maluri office, conveniently located within walking distance of the MRT, and remotely. You will learn directly from an experienced HR leader while supporting real business projects and transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive business transformation initiatives and cross‑industry projects.
• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of HR information systems (HRIS).
• Partner with line managers to address HR needs, provide strategic advice, and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to performance management processes and help prepare monthly performance bonus calculations.
