Human Resources Generalist – Malaysia (JB)

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will partner with managers and functional teams to deliver HR best practices, policies, and change initiatives that support business objectives in Malaysia. This role also oversees key HR metrics, stakeholder relationships, and ensures compliance with corporate HR programs.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, communication, and change management.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage hiring and termination approvals, ensuring stakeholder trust.
• Provide direction on corporate policies, HR programs, briefing, and training.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication and share best practices within the HR network.
• Support talent acquisition initiatives, employer branding, reporting, compliance, and vendor management.
• Prepare talent acquisition reports, manage recruitment vendor SLAs, and handle invoice processing.
• Assist managers with onboarding, exit interviews, and turnover analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Resilient, energetic, and positive attitude.
