Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations and contribute to key projects within the assigned function.
• Analyze data and provide insights to aid decision‑making.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations.

• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and propose innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources).
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt in a dynamic environment.
