E-Commerce Executive (TikTok Shop)

About the role

Santan Food Services Sdn. Bhd. is hiring an E-Commerce Executive in Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia. The role centres on driving sales growth on TikTok through TikTok Shop, livestreams and paid advertising, and covers livestream management, operations and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run eCommerce strategies to grow sales on TikTok, leading customer acquisition through TikTok Shop, paid ads, livestreams and affiliates.
• Plan and manage campaigns such as special offers and flash sales, optimising spend and ROI, and build relationships with key account managers.
• Optimise store setup, including product listings, pricing, banners and inventory, and stay up to date with platform policies and tools.
• Allocate budget and run A/B testing to optimise ads across shop tabs, livestreams and products.
• Oversee livestream planning and the monthly live schedule, recruit, train and manage live hosts, adjust offers and displays in real time, and track viewers, engagement and sales metrics.
• Run day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platforms, coordinate online and offline stock, and work with the logistics and fulfilment team for timely deliveries.
• Monitor performance against forecasts and report sales, traffic and conversion metrics to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms or livestream execution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimising performance metrics.

• Proficiency in TikTok ads, eCommerce tools and livestream optimisation.
