Director, Solutions Growth & Enablement

About the role

The Director, Solutions Growth & Enablement leads a Kuala Lumpur‑based team to accelerate Mastercard's Consumer Acquisition & Engagement business across Asia Pacific. This senior position bridges product, sales, marketing, and market teams to translate capabilities into client solutions and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercialization and growth initiatives for Consumer Acquisition & Engagement solutions across the region, identifying revenue opportunities and market trends.
• Develop value propositions, solution narratives, and sales plays that position Mastercard’s capabilities competitively.
• Lead strategic partnerships across Mastercard functions, creating joint go‑to‑market initiatives and multi‑product solutions.
• Equip sales, client services, and account management teams with tools, content, training, and support to drive growth.
• Support high‑priority client pursuits with solution shaping, business case development, pitch support, pricing discussions, and executive storytelling.
• Act as the primary commercialization partner for West Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Australasia, aiding pipeline development and strategic account planning.
• Partner with B2B Marketing and regional stakeholders to develop thought leadership and client engagement programs, representing CA&E at industry forums.

Required profile

• Strategic and commercially driven leader with expertise in marketing, loyalty, and platform commercialization.
• Proven experience in commercialization, business development, marketing, consulting, or sales enablement across multiple markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, building relationships across product, sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
• Analytical, collaborative, and action‑oriented with a track record of helping teams win and grow business.
• Passionate about enabling markets, supporting strategic opportunities, and accelerating growth across Asia Pacific.
