Workshop Sales Representative

About the role

Develop and maintain strong relationships with workshop customers in your assigned territory, acquire new partners and promote Bosch automotive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new workshop partners and drive participation in Bosch workshop and loyalty programs.
• Promote and sell Bosch automotive parts, diagnostic solutions, workshop equipment, and value‑added services.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve workshop performance and profitability.
• Generate new business opportunities and support sales and marketing campaigns.
• Drive adoption of Bosch digital solutions and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in automotive aftermarket or technical sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused, self‑motivated and results‑driven with a passion for sales.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and a valid driver’s licence.
