Regional Manager – Performance Management

About the role

As Regional Manager of Performance Management, you will lead the strategic implementation and optimisation of performance management systems across the region, driving data‑driven decision‑making and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional CRM system rollout, set data quality standards and oversee ongoing administration and optimisation.
• Drive sales analytics initiatives, develop performance dashboards and provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
• Oversee regional performance review cycles, identify process improvements and implement scalable digital solutions.
• Manage issue‑resolution protocols and monitor launch performance metrics to recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
• Executive‑level experience leading performance‑management and CRM transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to design advanced analytics frameworks, KPI architectures and executive dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder leadership across multi‑country organisations.
