About the role
Salesforce is seeking a Named Account Executive to drive growth of the Customer 360 platform in Malaysia. You will engage existing customers and new leads, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C‑suite decision makers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long‑term account strategy aligned with customer business objectives.
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, coordinating Sales Engineers, Professional Services, partners and executives.
- Identify and research territory, create a qualified target account list within the first 30 days.
- Drive account planning, prospect discovery, solutioning and customer communication to achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu to converse with clients in the Malaysia market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop cases, service requirements and strategic alliances.
Required skills
- Salesforce platform knowledge.
- Experience with AI‑driven CRM solutions.
