Associate Managing Consultant – Customer Success & Product Specialist

About the role

As an Associate Managing Consultant in the Advisors Client Services team, you will partner with Mastercard’s global customers to drive adoption and success of the Business & Market Intelligence (B&MI) product suite. You will combine consulting expertise with data‑driven insights to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that create measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management and delivery of new and complex products, platforms, and services across the region.
• Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scale B&MI offerings and ensure seamless market rollout.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data assets and in‑house technology.
• Support growth initiatives and contribute to the development of scalable processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client‑facing consulting or customer success roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
