SEA Data Centre Sales Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive Bureau Veritas’ Data Center strategy and growth across South East Asia. The SEA Data Center Sales & Marketing role combines market development, client engagement, and technical oversight to position BV as the trusted partner for data center owners, operators, investors, and hyperscalers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the SEA Data Center market strategy aligned with BV’s global priorities.
• Identify high‑potential markets and new service opportunities across hyperscaler, colocater, and enterprise data centers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives and decision makers in the data center ecosystem.
• Lead pursuit of strategic projects from lead generation to contract negotiation.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise in data center design, construction, commissioning, and operational compliance.
• Ensure excellence in service delivery through coordination with BV’s technical and operational teams.
• Collaborate with BV leaders across the region to ensure a consistent market approach.
• Represent APA in global initiatives, knowledge sharing, and solution development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Electrical/Mechanical or related fields; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in the Data Center sector, with 5–10 years in leadership or business development roles.
• Proven success delivering and securing large‑scale Data Center projects in South East Asia.
• Strong industry network with hyperscalers, colocaters, and enterprise data center stakeholders.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation and cross‑cultural collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across SEA.
