About the role
Join Arrow Electronics in Gelang Patah as a Business Operations Associate, supporting day‑to‑day sales and customer service activities for assigned accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Act as liaison between internal teams (field sales, engineering, purchasing, etc.), vendors and customers.
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and communicate actions promptly.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the internal asset and operations team to meet deliverables.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree with 2–4 years experience, or high school graduate with equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years experience in the electronics manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong communication skills.
