Web Developer – Optimization (12 months FTC)

About the role

Sitecore is looking for a Web Developer focused on optimization and experimentation to work with marketing, content, analytics, and design teams. You will identify improvement opportunities, run tests, and report impact to enhance user journeys and site performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify friction points and improvement opportunities across key user journeys.
• Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests, partnering with analytics to define hypotheses and success metrics.
• Build and modify front‑end components in Next.js and React, ensuring performance and accessibility best practices.
• Create, configure, and update pages on the Sitecore platform, support large migration efforts, and assist with content authoring.
• Document experiments, report results, and share insights with marketing and development stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of web development experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally and communicating findings.
