Lead Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Lead Software Developer to drive technical implementation of Sitecore XM Cloud solutions. The role involves leading discussions, building high‑availability, performant, and secure services, and collaborating with architects and product teams across Europe and Kuala Lumpur.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of team projects on Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Maintain high availability, performance, security, and monitor CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, develop, and ship C#/.NET Core components and micro‑services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with QA and DevOps for reliable deployments.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET 8.
• Experience with Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Helm charts.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Cosmos DB, and containerised deployments.
• Familiarity with Git version control, branching strategies and CI/CD (GitHub workflows).
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, messaging (Confluent Kafka) and performance profiling.
