SaaS Operations Engineer

About the role

You will work directly with the production systems behind Sitecore’s SaaS offerings, providing level‑2 support and executing end‑to‑end service delivery for customers. The role involves incident handling, deployment, monitoring and collaboration with global engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute standardized services from the service catalogue without supervision.
• Handle L2 incidents using troubleshooting guides and contribute to root‑cause analysis.
• Respond to customer tickets, deploy and maintain applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor systems, manage events and collaborate with other engineering teams to unblock service delivery.

Required profile

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900) certification and at least one additional certification in Linux, AKS, Elastic or Redis.
• 1‑2 years of experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud technologies.
• 1‑2 years of experience with NoSQL databases such as Redis, Elastic Search or MongoDB.
• 1‑2 years of experience with containerisation, micro‑services and Kubernetes administration.
• 2‑3 years of Linux experience and hands‑on use of ITSM tools (Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow).
