Structure Supply Engineer

About the role

The Structure Supply Engineer will act as a key stakeholder for the Customer Care Centre, providing technical expertise on aircraft structural parts, systems and tooling. You will support daily and major repairs, ensuring the right supply solutions are delivered to customers and internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Answer technical queries via TechRequest and support Satair procurement teams.
• Assist external suppliers with technical data and identify alternative part numbers.
• Manage obsolete raw material issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Provide required data through the DEX process and create/update master data in SAP tools when delegated.
• Monitor production/FAL stock levels and trigger Production Parts Rob processes.
• Initiate leasing and exchange processes with SATAIR (IRSS) and perform stock checks across suppliers.
• Prepare RDTS for ICY coverage and document alternative part numbers not covered in existing publications.

Required profile

• Professional experience in supply engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural components and supply chain processes.
• Ability to work cross‑programme and cross‑nationally with multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.
