About the role
The Protege Fleet Efficiency & Engineering role supports the Head of Department in driving fleet performance across both local and global teams. Based in Sepang, the position focuses on ensuring consistent processes, facilitating communication, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to execute fleet efficiency projects.
- Maintain active links and communication between local and global teams.
- Ensure consistency of processes and activities across regions.
- Identify and monitor potential compliance risks, acting with integrity.
- Support data collection and analysis to improve fleet performance.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with a strong sense of integrity and compliance awareness.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication skills to liaise with local and global stakeholders.
