SME Channel Distribution Sales Manager – South East Asia (West)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead SME channel distribution sales across South East Asia (West). Based in Malaysia, you will drive revenue growth and expand Mastercard’s presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand by activating emerging distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute a revenue‑driven sales and activation strategy for South East Asia (West), focusing on emerging B2B payment flows and partner‑led distribution models.
• Identify, prioritize and convert high‑potential SME opportunities across external partnerships, merchant co‑brand programmes and channel partners, building on existing pipelines and developing new relationships.
• Drive market expansion by uncovering unmet SME needs and translating them into scalable commercial opportunities, with a strong focus on new sales generation, pipeline progression and partner activation.
• Build and maintain a robust activation pipeline, using data‑driven prioritisation to allocate resources to the most commercially attractive opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Business Development and Product teams to shape partner propositions, articulate business cases and accelerate deal closure, activation and revenue realization.
