Head of Customer Distribution Management

About the role

The Head of Customer Distribution Management will shape and execute Zurich’s customer and distribution strategy, driving profitable growth, enhancing engagement and positioning Zurich as the preferred insurance partner across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Customer Distribution Management strategy aligned with Zurich’s business objectives and growth ambitions.
• Lead and optimise performance across all distribution channels, including brokers, agents, bancassurance, affinity partners, digital platforms and strategic alliances.
• Establish a holistic customer engagement framework to improve satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy, collaborating with CX, Marketing, Claims and Underwriting teams.
• Drive sustainable premium growth and profitability, identifying new revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships and innovative distribution models.
• Act as Zurich’s senior representative with key brokers, distributors and industry bodies, fostering strong internal collaboration across functions.
• Lead, coach and develop high‑performing distribution teams, building a culture of accountability, innovation and customer focus.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain robust governance and manage risk across distribution activities.
