Remote HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Remote HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join OrgScale Recruitment’s team in Kuala Lumpur. The position is fully remote, full‑time and offers a competitive monthly salary between RM 6,000 and RM 8,000. You will manage the complete hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to building and maintaining talent pipelines, to support internal recruitment needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for various internal positions.
- Identify, attract and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of potential hires.
- Prepare and extend job offers, and negotiate terms as needed.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting in line with company standards.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Full‑time availability.
