About the role
The Quality Specialist will join Cypark Resources Berhad in Kuala Lumpur on a contract/temporary basis, working on‑site to strengthen the company’s quality management framework. This position is centred on the implementation and continuous maintenance of ISO 9001 systems, ensuring that manufacturing and logistics processes meet recognised standards. The role contributes directly to compliance activities and supports the organization’s commitment to high‑quality operations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement ISO 9001 quality management system throughout the organization.
- Maintain documentation, records and procedures required by the ISO 9001 standard.
- Support internal and external audits to verify compliance.
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operational teams to embed quality practices on‑site.
