Oracle Fusion Consultant – Contract to Fulfilment

About the role

AVEVA is looking for an Oracle Fusion Consultant to own the end‑to‑end contract‑to‑fulfilment (C2F) processes within its global ERP environment. The role will support the full lifecycle from contract intake through delivery execution and operational hand‑over, working closely with Sales, Order Management, Services and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion modules such as Subscriptions, Revenue Management (RMCS) and Accounts Receivable.
• Troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests and implement enhancements across C2F workflows.
• Translate business requirements from Sales, Services and Finance into functional system solutions.
• Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, conduct C2F process testing and maintain documentation.
• Maintain and improve process documentation and drive continuous improvement of fulfilment operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically Subscriptions, RMCS and Accounts Receivable.
• Strong understanding of the contract‑to‑fulfilment lifecycle, including contract validation, fulfilment tracking, delivery execution and hand‑over.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Fluency in English.
