Officer / Senior Officer, Order Management (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

This position is responsible for end‑to‑end order management, ensuring smooth customer service and logistics operations across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to guarantee timely order fulfillment and maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process sales orders, purchase orders, and related transactions.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, shipment creation, and transportation arrangements.
• Manage billing, invoice processing, and month‑end reconciliation.
• Handle import/export documentation and monitor overseas shipping status.
• Escalate issues to ensure on‑time fulfillment and resolve customer complaints.
• Collect market intelligence on supply‑chain topics and share insights with the business.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of order‑to‑cash experience, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
• Strong analytical mindset, solution‑oriented attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
