About the role
Applied Materials is looking for a Japanese‑speaking Customer Engineer to be based in Japan. This entry‑level engineering position is open to fresh graduates and will be managed from the company’s Kuala Lumpur office. The successful candidate will join a global team delivering cutting‑edge semiconductor equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site engineering assistance and technical support to Applied Materials’ customers in Japan.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure successful product operation.
Required profile
- Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written).
- Recent graduate with a degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in customer‑focused technical work.
