Global Business Expert - Transportation Management

About the role

We are seeking a Global Business Expert in Transportation Management to join our Agricultural Solutions division’s Global Supply Chain Process Excellence team. Based in Petaling Jaya, you will drive standardisation, simplification and automation of transportation processes across a worldwide network.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new organisational and technical concepts for Transportation Management, focusing on standardisation, simplification and automation.
• Ensure end‑to‑end integration with Global Process Owners and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate change and test management activities.
• Lead innovation initiatives using RPA, AI and other automation technologies.
• Identify high‑value automation opportunities, assess business impact and partner with IT to design scalable solutions.
• Monitor compliance and performance through KPI‑based dashboards and data‑driven insights.
• Lead regional and local key‑user communities to promote best‑practice exchange.
• Manage cross‑functional projects such as S/4HANA implementation, digital process transformation and supply‑chain integration of acquisitions.
• Provide key‑user and end‑user support, issue resolution, training and data maintenance while continuously seeking automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain or IT with a strong focus on Transportation Management.
• Deep knowledge of supply‑chain, operations and logistics processes.
• Proven experience using analysis and monitoring tools to identify improvement opportunities.
