Global Business Expert – Procure-to-Pay for Supply Chain

About the role

Join the Global Supply Chain Process Excellence team to lead the design and automation of Procure-to-Pay processes across our Agricultural Solutions division. You will work with stakeholders worldwide to standardise, simplify and digitise end‑to‑end procurement and inbound logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new organisational and technical concepts for Procure-to-Pay, focusing on standardisation, simplification and automation.
• Ensure end‑to‑end integration with Global Process Owners and other stakeholders, managing change and test activities.
• Drive innovation using RPA and AI, identify high‑value automation opportunities and partner with IT to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor compliance with business rules through KPIs, process‑mapping tools and performance reports.
• Lead regional and local Procure-to-Pay key‑user communities to share best practices.
• Lead cross‑functional projects such as S/4HANA implementation, digital transformation and integration of acquired businesses.
• Provide key‑user and end‑user support, resolve issues, deliver training and continuously seek automation improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, IT or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or IT with a strong focus on Procure-to-Pay.
• Deep knowledge of source‑to‑contract, Procure-to-Pay, inbound logistics and supplier interaction.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑process integration between procurement, logistics, inventory and finance.
